* Refund Policy - Cancellation by a Participant for these Programs must be made prior to August 1, 2018.
No Refunds will be given if a Participant cancels after August 1, 2018.
* Cancellation Policy - We reserve the right to cancel any Program which does not achieve a minimum number of Participants. You will be notified by email should a cancellation be necessary.
You will receive a full refund for camps cancelled by Wentzville Heat Volleyball Club.
* Photo Release Policy - During the course of Program and/or Club activities, Participants could unknowingly be in photos or videos. These photographs and videos may be used in print, online,
in video-based marketing materials, as well as other publications and media to illustrate and promote the Club, camps, or its Programs.
* Waiver of Liability - Participation in these events could cause injury to the player. By signing up for any Program, you agree to indemnify and hold Wentzville Heat VBC, its Coaches, or others affiliated with the Club harmless for and on account of any liability, injuries, or damages which might occur and resulting from the activities and minor's participation.
* The Program dates and times may be rescheduled due to unexpected school events or weather-related cancellation.
